4 Herbs I Always Have on Hand
Here are 4 herbs I always have on hand. They do so much more than described, but here is a brief overview.
- Fresh Ginger – Helpful from anything from internal/external pain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, grounding and so much more I always have some on hand.
Note: Fresh ginger is different energetically than dried, powdered ginger. Dried ginger is much hotter and if consumed internally could cause a little bit of bloating.
- Chamomile – a gentle yet powerful herb. Fantastic for moodiness/grumpiness (hello having to drive in traffic!), hormonal issues, digestive issues, and anxiety.
- Tulsi – soothing to the soul, helpful for digestion, and calming the nervous system.
- Dandelion root – helpful for boosting liver function, soothing mood swings and anger, grounding, and hormonal imbalances
